This is an IBM Blue Lightning DX2 microprocessor, part of IBM’s enhanced 80486-compatible CPU family.

Released in the early 1990s, the Blue Lightning series was known for delivering strong performance and efficiency compared to standard 486 processors.  
The IBM 486-V266GA variant features a ceramic PGA package and was often used in IBM PCs and compatible systems, making it a unique collectible from the golden era of computing.
