The IIT 3C87-25 is a vintage floating-point math coprocessor, designed as a high-performance and cost-effective alternative to the Intel 80387. Running at 25 MHz, it was widely used in Intel 80386-based systems during the late 1980s and early 1990s to accelerate floating-point operations in scientific, engineering, and CAD applications.
