Tax – We ship all orders from our European warehouse. Customers in the U.S. and EU countries can enjoy tax-free shipping, as no import duties will be applied.
Packages will be delivered using a Premium postal service in your region.
We guarantee the arrival of your items. If you do not receive your order, please check the tracking information. While delays are rare, they can occur. If you do not receive your order or are not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of shipment. We will either issue a full refund or reship the item at no additional cost.
